Pam S. Baricuatro
is a dynamic and proven leader with a strong vision for a proactive, responsive, and orderly Cebu. As the Founder and Executive Director of Simply Share Foundation, Pam has actively demonstrated her ability to lead impactful initiatives, feeding over a million Cebuano children, responding to calamities, and creating the first Foodbank in Visayas-Mindanao, a member of the Global Foodbanking Network. Her current work reflects her unwavering commitment to addressing poverty and uplifting underserved communities across the province.
Pam also serves as a National Board Director for LBP Resources and Development Corporation, where her strategic insights have contributed to driving development projects that benefit communities nationwide. Her leadership as the Lead for Hakbang ng Maisug in Cebu showcases her proactive approach to advocacy, focusing on transparency, grassroots empowerment, and social justice.
Pam’s academic foundation and advanced training further bolster her current leadership capabilities. She completed Public Leadership studies at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, focusing on governance strategies, leadership decision-making, and diversity management. Her ability to translate theory into action positions her as a forward-thinking leader ready to implement innovative solutions to Cebu’s challenges.
Prior to her current roles, Pam built an extensive career spanning 27 years as a Senior Flight Purser at Cathay Pacific Airways, where she managed teams, mentored personnel, and cultivated operational excellence in a high-pressure, global environment. This experience exposed her to diverse management styles and sharpened her ability to lead with empathy and efficiency.
Her academic journey began with a degree in AB Political Science from the University of San Carlos and continued with Law studies at the University of the Visayas. These academic achievements laid the groundwork for her understanding of governance, public policy, and the legal frameworks necessary for effective leadership.
Pam’s leadership philosophy is rooted in her five key pillars of advocacy:

Implementing strict protocols for transparency, protecting whistleblowers, and ensuring public accountability.

Empowering farmers through resources, training, and infrastructure improvements.
Youth Empowerment and Employment
Fostering entrepreneurship, skills training, and job creation for Cebu’s youth.
Pam’s journey from her humble roots in Pinamungajan, Cebu, to her current roles as a leader and changemaker reflects her steadfast dedication to serving her fellow Cebuanos. Running under Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), she envisions a Cebu where every individual has access to opportunities, healthcare, and support to thrive.
